Session Topics
1) Smart Cities: A smart city uses information and communication technology (ICT) to improve operational efficiency, share information with the public and provide a better quality of government service and citizen welfare. The main goal of a smart city is to optimize city functions and promote economic growth while also improving the quality of life for citizens by using smart technologies and data analysis. The value lies in how this technology is used rather than simply how much technology is available. A city’s smartness is determined using a set of characteristics, including: An infrastructure based around technology • Environmental initiatives • Effective and highly functional transportation • Confident and progressive city plans • People able to live and work within the city, using its resources. Researchers may submit their research work in any of the above mentioned fields and any novel technology implemented for the betterment of society under smart city theme.
2) Sustainable and Green Technology: Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. It encourages a better, balanced world and focuses on economic, environmental, and social problems. Green technology is an umbrella term that describes the use of technology and science to create products and services that are environmentally friendly. Green tech is related to clean tech, which specifically refers to products or services that improve operational performance while also reducing costs, energy consumption, waste, or negative effects on the environment. Researchers may submit their work in following domains: • Alternative Energy • Electric Vehicle • Sustainable Agriculture • Recycling & Waste Management • Carbon Capture • Self-sufficient Buildings
3) Application of Artificial Intelligence in Science and Engineering: AI the artificial intelligence make tremendous growth not only not only in the field of Soft computing branches but also in the field of all engineering sciences. AI requires in the field of science and engineering of making intelligent machines, especially intelligent computer programs, codes, human machine interface. It is related to the similar task of using computers to understand human intelligence, behavior of machine in automated mode. AI is more widely used in academics to describe computers and computer software that are capable of intelligent behavior. AI uses now a days in almost all the branches of engineering sciences. The theme calls for the participations of recent trends in AI in engineering sciences. Previously unpublished work is allowed to submit the paper in conference.
4) Ancient Indian Metallurgy: India has a great history of metal work, and smelting of metals and deriving alloys, which was done as far back as 3000 BCE. The trade of metal products was extensive between India, Egypt and Rome. Tools of iron and steel from ancient India were of great demand for many purposes. It is indicated that the first weapons of steel for the people of the Mediterranean came from India. Ancient Sanskrit texts contain various references to the use of metals. The Rigveda mentions ayas (metals), the Yajurveda and Atharvaveda have references to smiths (skilled metal workers) as well as the smelting process. The famous iron pillar at New Delhi, which is 7.32 meters tall and made of 98% wrought iron, was constructed by Vikramaditya almost 1600 years ago around the 5th century BC. This iron pillar is a glowing example of the high skill level of Indian craftsmen of those times because it has withstood dust, extreme weather and rust for more than a thousand years. This kind of rust proof iron was not possible till iron and steel was discovered a few decades ago.

Themes of Conference
1) Organic Chemistry:
1(A) Organic Structures Determination and Spectroscopic Methods
The process and methodologies involved in the determination of organic structures. The method is used in physical and analytical chemistry because of the unique spectra of atoms and molecules. As a result, these spectra can be used to detect, identify and quantify information about the atoms and molecules. There are different types of spectroscopic techniques which can be used to identify organic molecules.
• Application on Isolation and purification of an unknown compound.
• Electronic spectroscopy.
• Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) spectroscopy.
1(B) Natural Products and Heterocyclic Chemistry
Heterocyclic chemistry is the branch of organic chemistry dealing with the synthesis, properties, and applications of these heterocycles. Although heterocyclic compounds may be inorganic, most contain at least one carbon. While atoms that are neither carbon nor hydrogen are normally referred to in organic chemistry as heteroatoms, this is usually in comparison to the all-carbon backbone. It is characterized by the method, that some or all the atoms in their molecules are joined in rings containing at least one atom of an element other than carbon. Among the various clinical applications, heterocyclic compounds have a considerable active role as anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumor drugs.
• Application of the heterocyclic system to the synthesis of natural products
• Chemistry and efficacy of natural products
• Methodologies for natural products
• Insights into the biosynthesis of heterocyclic natural products
2) Physical Chemistry:
2(A) Green and Environmental Chemistry
Green chemistry, also referred to as property chemistry is a part of chemistry targeted on the planning of products and processes that minimize the utilization and generation of hazardous substances. Environmental chemistry focuses on the consequences of polluting chemicals on nature inexperienced chemistry focuses on technological approaches preventing pollution and reducing consumption of unrenewable resources. Green chemistry overlaps with all sub disciplines of chemistry however with a specific target chemical synthesis, method chemistry and chemical engineering in industrial applications. To a lesser extent the principles of green chemistry conjointly affect laboratory practices.

3) Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry:
3(A) Inorganic Chemistry of Materials and Bio-Inorganic Catalysis
Metals are an important component for biological systems. As catalytic or structural cofactors, metal ions are critical to the function of up to an estimated one-third of all enzymes. Additionally, metals play diverse roles in biology. Not only do they operate in important biosynthetic pathways generating metabolic products, but also function as environmental toxins. Elucidating the important roles of metals in biological systems requires a multi-disciplinary approach at the interface of chemistry and biology. Bioinorganic Chemistry includes the study of both natural phenomena such as the behavior of metalloproteins as well as artificially introduced metals, including those that are non-essential, in medicine and toxicology. The discipline also includes the study of inorganic models or mimics that imitate the behavior of metalloproteins.

Analytical chemistry is the science of obtaining, processing, and communicating information about the composition and structure of matter. We can also say, it is an art and science of determining what matter is and how much of it exists. Analytical chemists use their knowledge of chemistry, instrumentation, computers, and statistics to solve problems in almost all areas of chemistry and for all kinds of industries. For example, their measurements are used to assure the safety and quality of food, pharmaceuticals, and water; to assure compliance with environmental and other regulations; etc.
